Wholesale Account Request

Instructions & Information:

• To be eligible for a wholesale account with CBD MENDO, you must be in a business that is retailing the products that you are buying. A resale number is required.

• To request a wholesale account, or to activate your existing wholesale account for online ordering, please fill out and submit the form below. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

• Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address so that we can notify you once your request has been received.

• We require that your first wholesale order be a minimum of $50 and paid with credit/debit card. There is no minimum order requirement on subsequent orders and you may arrange credit terms with us if needed.

• If you would like to apply for credit terms, please make sure you check the box on our form.

Please Note:

• After filling out the wholesale account request form you will be prompted to create your CBD MENDO site membership. 

• Once you have created your site membership, we will approve it, and send you confirmation along with the necessary onboarding forms; you will then be able to access the wholesale store online.
